Put Your Message Into Orbit With

HR VIDEOS

INSPIRE YOUR TEAM

In large, increasingly remote-working organizations, human resource videos can be a powerful tool that gets all your team working off the same page. Here’s some core skills we offer that we think will be important to the task.

Story

When your message is encapsulated in a story, it becomes easier for your employees to consume, understand and remember.

Culture

How does your company talk to its people? We have a knack for capturing the essence of your company’s culture.

Pedagogy

If training is required, we will make sure we give your lessons in a way that will make them likelier to stick.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Sometimes employee-facing videos are used to strengthen a company culture, or evangelize a shift in procedure or technology. Career development videos can help employees feel like they have a future at the company, thus improving retention. Training videos can improve skills. Nearly any communication challenge can be tackled by video.

Try testing the messaging on real employees to see how they react. Make sure all the important stakeholders are consulted before your start. Finally, create some time in the schedule for legal, c-suite, and branding approvals.

Not all video providers are experienced in working with large companies, which sometimes have onerous onboarding and billing requirements, large groups of stakeholders to consult, and strict communication/confidentiality requirements. At IdeaRocket, we’ve worked with more than 30 Fortune 500 companies, so it’s not likely we’ll encounter a hurdle we haven’t bounded over before.
