AI IMAGING: A NEW MIRACLE TOOL?
We can’t tell the difference between the best AI videos and real life – and you probably can’t either. Which is not to say that AI is perfect all the time; quite the opposite. AI still struggles to capture simple actions, or certain fine details. However, AI provides remarkable image-making tools that save time and resources. Here are some principles we apply to our work with AI imaging.
Human-Led
Humans plus AI is better than just humans, or just AI. AI is not about just pressing a button – it’s a tool that needs a human vision to fully excel.
Layering Skills and Tools
Many of the traditional toolsets and skills still apply in AI filmmaking. But you need to add a familiarity with a new set of tools too – and new skills such as prompting.
Staying Up-to-date
The field of AI imaging is changing literally by the week. We stay in front of developments, so your deliverables can benefit.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
While the output of a single prompt cannot be copyrighted, as soon as you mix AI-generated material with human creativity – as you do when you write a script or design a storyboard – then the product of that becomes copyrightable. As with all our work products, we transfer rights to you contractually.
Styles, techniques, looks, and ideas are not copyrightable, and never have been. Thus Gen-AI training alone does not constitute copyright infringement. Of course, if you create with AI in order to abuse celebrity likenesses, brand marks, or copyright, of course you can run into trouble, but that would require intent, and they are not new proscriptions.
The short answer is yes, but the limits keep changing – literally every week!
